The purpose of KeyLinks Ltd. is embedded in its name. Organizations can become ‘stuck’ with traditional answers and strategies. We are committed to finding ‘keys’ which open doors of possibility and potential for our clients. The keys come in many forms: new skills and frameworks for leaders and managers, ways of reflecting on personal and professional values, new angles on ‘chronic’ problems, questions which probe and clarify strategies.

The ‘links’ are formed anew between the participants, their values, strategies and actions. We specialize in our planning so that these organizational links are strong and efforts are sustained after consultancy is completed.

We emphasize the role of conversation and dialogue in groups rather than presentations from ‘experts’. Faith in each other and hope for the future come in part from breaking the isolation between individuals and departments, creating situations for collaboration and acknowledging the personal power of each individual. The companion to these values is the capacity for critical thinking. These values are fostered and ‘seen’ through the joint actions of individuals and groups.

Each project is considered for its uniqueness and within the mandate of the organizers. We take pride in designing and working in innovative and creative ways.

As President and Principal Consultant, I work with other consultants as the needs of the client dictate. My associates are all deeply committed to the values and approaches described above. I look forward to working with you.
